The Haisi IP Commons · Xiamen — the city's Maritime Silk Road Cross-Border Intellectual Property (IP) Service Center — has officially launched.
A key part of the foreign-related legal services framework in the Xiamen Area of the Maritime Silk Road Legal Services District (MSRLSD), it provides specialized cross-border IP services for Chinese companies expanding globally. Its services are already rolling out.
Drawing on Fujian's industrial base and MSRLSD's resources, the new center will build a professional cross-border IP service platform to address these challenges.
The center will focus on five platforms — public services, international cooperation, resource matching, professional training, and ecosystem building.
Through public information, case sharing, and themed events, companies will be able to understand and adapt to foreign IP environments.
It will also connect businesses, lawyers, IP professionals, and industry groups at home and abroad, matching expertise to companies' real needs and developing cross-border IP talent through international exchanges, training, and case-based learning.
