The channel was jointly inaugurated at Xiamen Sea World by the Xiamen Area of the China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone, various municipal government departments, the Base, the China Centre for BRICS Industrial Competences, and China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co Ltd.
The channel connects Xiamen's industrial resources with overseas parks, including the China-Belarus Industrial Park, the Djibouti International Free Trade Zone, and the Lekki Free Trade Zone in Nigeria. Services cover cross-border compliance, commercial dispute resolution, trade and investment matchmaking, and legal consultation.
Riantsoa Fiarenana Ialinarindra Rakotonirina, CEO of Sakafo Madagascar, said the Base's integrated legal and business services would make it easier for overseas companies to enter the Chinese market and build long-term partnerships.
The C Star program brought 33 young entrepreneurs from 19 countries and regions to Xiamen. Ahead of the event, organizers matched 69 Xiamen-based industrial, foreign trade, and export-oriented companies with overseas participants across six sectors, including agricultural technology, clean energy, digital health, and logistics.
