The Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone – located in East China's Fujian province – is home to one of the most important financial leasing clusters in China. It covers aircraft, ships, vehicles, large medical equipment, engineering machines, film making equipment and production equipment. In particular, its used aircraft financial leasing cluster is the largest in the country.

Key business activities: Aviation exhibitions outside Xiamen, introduction of domestic aircraft, used aircraft sales and leasebacks;
Innovative business activities: Cross-border subleases, domestic leasing asset transactions.
· Highly competitive segments
Sixteen large leasing companies offer aircraft leasing services, with a total of $9 billion of leasing assets in Xiamen.
Xiamen-based ship financial leasing companies have provided financial leasing services for around 30 ships.
The total value of leasing assets in the integrated circuit leasing market in the city has reached about 6.7 billion yuan ($974.1 million).
