I. Xiamen Area One-stop Service Platform
Established by the administrative committee of the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone and put into use in March 2015, the Xiamen Area Comprehensive Service Hall is designed to facilitate both administrative and non-administrative approval procedures together with other public services for individuals, legal persons and organizations in the Xiamen FTZ.
Thirty-seven service windows from 12 administrative and public service organizations, including functional organs of the Xiamen FTZ, departments of market regulation, taxation, public security and the judiciary, development and reform, and electric utilities, have been set up to provide business entities with one-stop services such as business and tax registration, official seal engraving, legal consultation and credit inquiry. A model of "one-window acceptance, interdepartmental joint review and unified license issuance" has been adopted for administrative items streamlined by the provincial authorities, making it possible to handle all business-related affairs inside the Xiamen FTZ.
