Making full play of its extensive and efficient ports and customs clearances supervision, the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone – located in East China's Fujian province – has actively promoted the development of its comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce.

It has established an integrated cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, consisting of an online comprehensive service platform and an on-site single zone with multiple parks.

The China (Xiamen) Comprehensive Pilot Zone for Cross-border E-Commerce ranked first in the country in 2021 in terms of its overall performance.

I. Investment advantages

• Innovative service models

1. Creating an independent settlement model via a public service platform for 9610 exports – with 9610 representing a customs supervision mode, as does 1210 below.

2. Establishing the first industry park-level intellectual property service station for cross-border e-commerce in Fujian.

3. Handling the first case of importing without filing for 1210 bonded prepared goods.

• Sound logistics system

1. Continuously promoting air cargo charter business and open routes to Europe, the US, Southeast Asia and BRICS countries;

2. Setting up fast shipping routes to South-east Asia for cross-border e-commerce and the Silk Road Maritime e-commerce express line;

3. Adding new regular freight routes from Xiamen to Kinmen, to build the most convenient cross-Straits logistics Xiamen-Kinmen-Kaohsiung maritime express channel;

4. Further facilitating the cross-border e-commerce industry through the China-Europe (Xiamen) Railway Express.
