The Xiamen Free Trade Zone administrative committee, in collaboration with the Haicang park administrative bureau, recently conducted law enforcement inspections on the bird's nest businesses.
During the inspections, the joint inspection team checked trademark and patent usage, and sought feedback regarding the challenges faced by such companies.
In response to queries about preemptive trademark registration and intellectual property rights compliance protection, the inspection team shared scientific popularization advice and said legal resources will be provided when needed.
