The 32nd East China Fair opened in Shanghai on March 1. Alongside this regional international economic and trade conference, the Xiamen Free Trade Zone supply chain industry promotion event was held in Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
Over 60 representatives from Shanghai-based enterprises in the supply chain or involved in international trade or finance participated in the event.
Zheng Yao, deputy director of the Xiamen FTZ administration committee, said that the Xiamen FTZ has been focusing on innovation and application in the supply chain and has helped cultivate more than 1,100 core supply chain enterprises.
She hopes that the high-quality business environment and favorable development opportunities in the Xiamen FTZ can provide more opportunities for businesses to develop and cooperate.
Sun Haitao, section chief of the Xiamen investment promotion agency, gave a detailed introduction to Xiamen's business environment, discussing the city's economic development, geographical advantages, and industries.
Lin Tianxing, deputy director of the investment promotion center of the Xiamen FTZ administration committee, interpreted the advantages of the Xiamen FTZ in terms of the innovative development of the supply chain, the business environment, and the preferential policies of the comprehensive bonded zone.
At the event, over 10 participating companies expressed confidence in Xiamen's investment environment and indicated their willingness to expand their business on the new platform in Xiamen.
