The Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District Pilot Zone in the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone in Sea World has attracted more than 150 institutions and enterprises, becoming the center of the international integration of commercial law along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

More and more enterprises are using Xiamen as a gateway to engage in international business. Throughout this process, they encounter various legal issues related to tax, human resources, insurance, and more.

In order to create a first-class, rule-of-law-based business environment and contribute to the construction of the BRI, the Central Legal District Pilot Zone has evolved from initially exploring the "online + offline" legal resource supermarket to building an international legal operation platform.

It has also begun pioneering efforts to launch the Maritime Silk Road International Legal and Commercial Integration Service Base, accelerating the release of new dividends in legal aggregation.

The Central Legal District, as a modern legal aggregation area, has moved away from the traditional model of first focusing on commercial aggregation before moving onto legal resource aggregation. This new approach is unleashing vitality in the Free Trade Pilot Zone, creating an ecosystem of commercial and legal integration.

The Central Legal District is the first of its kind, and the Xiamen FTZ has engaged in bold experimentation and exploration, paving the way for a higher level of openness and a more favorable business environment.

Over the past two years, the Central Legal District Pilot Zone has implemented a series of related support measures, including the first special support policy for mother funds and the legal industry.
