From Aug 2 to 4, the Xiamen International Beer Carnival 2024's Xiamen Free Trade Zone sub-venue will present the "Sea Night of Xiamen FTZ" event on the third-floor observation deck of Sea World, offering a summer feast of fine wine, delicious food, and beautiful scenery. It will be held daily from 4 pm to 10 pm.
The event will feature 40 exhibitors, including ABInbev and Super Bock, and showcase over 350 beer brands and 150 other alcoholic beverage brands. Seventy percent of participating companies are alcohol importers, with 65 percent of the showcased beers being imported brands. The top ten global premium beer brands will all make an appearance at the event.
The event's 20 food booths not only feature traditional snacks from Minnan such as Tusun Dong (Sea Worm Jelly) and Hailijian (Oyster Omelette), but also include a special section dedicated to Taiwan cuisine, offering authentic Taiwan delicacies like Mian Mian Bing (shaved ice) and takoyaki.
It will also feature fun interactive games, where local residents and visitors can interact and take photos with beer ambassadors. Attendees can also watch live broadcasts of the Paris Olympics, like table tennis and badminton, cheering on the Olympic athletes together.
During the event, there will be six major photo spots set up where people can share their photos on social media platforms. By doing so, they can receive a free bottle of branded beer. Additionally, UnionPay will introduce consumption vouchers as subsidies, allowing citizens and visitors alike to enjoy discounts at designated booths.
