In September, the Maritime Silk Road International Legal and Commercial Integration Service Base in the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District FTZ Pilot Zone launched 10 key projects for outbound services, including the establishment of overseas service centers.
These projects provide services for enterprises going global, ensuring a safer and more stable journey for their international expansion.
The service base located in Xiamen Sea World, launched in September last year, has established a new model of "international legal operation" services, deeply integrating legal resources with economic dynamics.
It has created a "3+N" comprehensive service model, covering dispute resolution services in international commercial investments, legal services, and comprehensive support services. This one-stop full-chain comprehensive service provides enterprises going global with robust assurance, offering strong support for international commercial investments.
To date, the service base has established three overseas service centers in Brazil, Russia, and the Middle East.
According to statistics, since its establishment, the service base has collaborated with co-building institutions to accumulate more than 4,470 new contracts valued at a combined 16.2 billion yuan ($2.3 billion). Among these, the value of contracts with countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative is approximately 12 billion yuan.
