The "One Window for Cross-Strait" service exchange and sharing event took place in the Xiamen Free Trade Zone on Feb 26.
During the event, the Taiwan Business Development Service Center led young people and business representatives from Taiwan to learn about the development of the Xiamen FTZ and the achievements made in exploring new paths for cross-Strait integration.
The new "One Window for Cross-Strait" service model established by the Xiamen FTZ covers 10 categories of services including approval services, policy services, entrepreneurship services, and talent services. These comprehensive service offerings meet the diverse needs of Taiwan compatriots and businesses in mainland China related to studying, working, living, and expanding their businesses, achieving a one-stop service for Taiwan-related affairs.
Through innovative coordination services, the Xiamen FTZ has optimized the interaction between government and enterprises, creating a dedicated channel for Taiwan compatriots and businesses to address issues. By implementing appointment coordination and inter-departmental collaboration, functional departments communicate directly to help solve complex problems, providing close-range services.
Next, the Taiwan Business Development Service Center will further enhance the "One Window for Cross-Strait" service brand with a more open attitude and practical measures. It will expand Taiwan-related service offerings and improve the quality of services.
