Xiamen Maritime Silk Road Data Asset Operations Service Center held the first Legal Data Application Annual Conference and Intelligent Legal Affairs Conference in Xiamen Free Trade Zone on Dec 23.
The center was designated in October as the exclusive operating institution for the Public Interest Legal Service Special Fund for Road Traffic Accidents. As the inaugural public event, this annual conference marks a milestone in the data-driven transformation of a national-level public welfare fund.
The conference focused on practical application scenarios of legal data, covering topics such as data classification and grading, data rights confirmation and authorization, data protection, cybersecurity protection, and the development of trusted data spaces.
It showcased the center's latest achievements in legal data applications and intelligent legal services, while bringing together suppliers and potential demand-side stakeholders from the legal, financial, and data services sectors to discuss the construction of a legal data ecosystem.
Leveraging the institutional innovation advantages of the Xiamen FTZ, the center will deeply integrate public interest legal services with data asset operations, creating the nation's first demonstration model of a "national special fund + local professional data platform". This initiative aims to provide efficient, precise, and traceable public interest legal services for victims of road traffic accidents.
