A batch of imported rubber from Southeast Asia has been delivered to Yong'an, Sanming in Fujian province via the Yangpu international container terminal in Hainan province and a rail link through Xiamen. This marks the launch of the "Southeast Asia–Yangpu–Xiamen–Sanming" sea-rail service for rubber shipments.

As an important tire manufacturing hub along China's southeastern coast, Fujian province has been rapidly expanding its production capacity for tires and rubber products in recent years, driving growing demand among local enterprises for imported natural rubber.

With Xiamen Port's frequent sailings and efficient collection and distribution system, the new train service enhances the transport network, lowers costs, and creates a more efficient logistics channel for Southeast Asian rubber imports.
